Expert Ease Training – Net Zero

Commitment Statement

At Expert Ease Training, we recognise the urgent need to address the climate emergency and fully support the UK Government’s legally binding target to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, as set out in the Climate Change Act 2008 (2050 Target Amendment).

As a provider of high-quality training services within the health and social care sector, we are committed to aligning our operations with both legislation and recommendations.

Our Commitment:

We commit to achieving net zero carbon emissions across our direct operations (Scopes 1 and 2) by 2030.

We aim to achieve net zero for our entire value chain emissions (Scope 3) by 2045.

We will measure, monitor, and annually report our carbon footprint, ensuring transparency and accountability in line with  requirements.

We will actively work with our suppliers and partners to reduce upstream and downstream emissions, favouring sustainable and low-carbon solutions wherever possible.

We will embed sustainability into our service delivery by minimising travel emissions, promoting digital training where appropriate, and adopting energy-efficient practices across our operations.

We will engage and train our staff to champion sustainability and contribute to our shared net zero goals.

We are committed to continuous improvement and will update our carbon reduction plans regularly to reflect best practice, legislative developments, and the evolving expectations of our stakeholders.

Through our actions, we aim not only to meet compliance requirements but to play our part in safeguarding the health of our communities and our planet for future generations.

Social Value Commitment Statement
