Foundation Safety Intervention Training
Accredited and trained by the Crisis Prevention Institute an industry leader in de-escalation techniques. Our training staff are equipped to deal with a wide range of situations across industries.
This is a 2 day course/ 1 day refresher.
Paediatric First Aid
Our Level 3 Paediatric First Aid course provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to respond confidently to a range of first aid emergencies involving babies and children. This qualification meets Ofsted and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements and is ideal for nursery staff, childminders, teachers, and anyone responsible for children’s welfare.
This is a 2 day course/ 1 day refresher.
Manual Handling Clinical/Non-Clinical
Our Clinical Manual Handling course is designed for staff working in health and social care settings who are involved in the safe moving and handling of patients and service users. This training helps ensure the safety, dignity, and comfort of those being moved while reducing the risk of injury to staff, in line with current UK legislation and best practice guidance.

Level 3 Use of Restraint Equipment

Prevention Management of Violence & Aggression
Our PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training is a comprehensive, accredited programme designed for professionals working in environments where they may be exposed to challenging, aggressive, or violent behaviours. The course promotes trauma-informed, person-centred approaches to reduce risk, prioritise de-escalation, and uphold the safety, dignity, and rights of all individuals.
This training is certified under the BILD Act and fully compliant with the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) Training Standards. It is suitable for services regulated by the CQC and organisations providing NHS-commissioned care.

Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work

Aligned with the Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine (PHEM) framework at Descriptor Level D, FREC 3 offers a clear progression pathway toward advanced emergency care qualifications.

Level 3 First Aid at Work
Our Level 3 First Aid at Work course is a comprehensive, regulated qualification designed for staff who are appointed to act as workplace first aiders in medium to high-risk environments. This training gives participants the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to deal with a wide range of first aid emergencies — meeting Health and Safety Executive (HSE) requirements.
This is a 3 day course.
Immediate Life Support
The Immediate Life Support (ILS) course is an essential, evidence-based training designed for healthcare professionals who may be required to provide advanced life support in acute clinical settings. It builds on basic life support skills and focuses on the rapid recognition and effective management of cardiac arrest and other life-threatening emergencies.
ILS is aligned with Resuscitation Council UK guidelines and is suitable for staff working in hospitals, emergency departments, critical care units, and acute medical wards.

Foundation Safety Intervention Training
We provide scalable, customizable training solutions to ensure that all staff receive the right de-escalation skills and techniques based on their role and risk level.
Verbal Intervention Training
Verbal Intervention Training prepares your staff to identify, respond to, and prevent low-risk crisis behaviour with non-restrictive intervention techniques.
The framework introduces a 4-step process for turning crises into an opportunity for positive outcomes.
Teaches trainees non-restrictive verbal interventions, such as limit-setting, that effectively de-escalates challenging behaviour.
Explores the effects of trauma and the psychology of the brain on the person in crisis as well as the responding individual.
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training
Verbal de-escalation module is included within this.
Teaches safe disengagement techniques to ensure clients rights and liberties are not being infringed upon.
Non violent one or two person holdings are taught in this course to ensure clients are held in the least invasive and safest manner. It is a last resort and ensuring we are not taking away a clients rights.
Aftercare
The after care of our clients is something we take pride in. We check in with our clients regularly after training to ensure high standards and knowledge is maintained. This includes consultations, quizzes, and check ins at their place of work should it be required.
