The essentials.
What is The Expert Ease Pathway™?+
The Expert Ease Pathway™ is our bespoke, NLP-informed development approach designed to build confidence, communication, resilience, wellbeing, leadership capability and lasting behavioural change across individuals, teams and organisations.
Who are your pathways designed for?+
Our pathways are designed for workforces, leaders, managers, education providers, students, employability programmes, athletes, coaches and teams across different sectors.
Are your pathways tailored to each organisation?+
Yes. We do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. Each pathway is shaped around your people, goals, challenges, sector and desired outcomes.
Do you offer psychometric tools such as MBTI and DiSC?+
Yes. MBTI tools, DiSC profiling and other psychometric insights can be included where appropriate to support self-awareness, communication, leadership development and team effectiveness.
Can your pathways include accreditation or CPD options?+
Yes. Accreditation options, CPD-style certification and evidence of learning can be included where required, depending on the pathway and organisational needs.
How are your sessions delivered?+
We offer flexible delivery, including in-person, online and blended formats. Sessions can be delivered as focused masterclasses, workshops, coaching or full development pathways.
How do you measure impact?+
We can include pre- and post-evaluation, participant feedback, action planning and impact reporting to help demonstrate progress, learning outcomes and next steps.
How we work.
Are your programmes tailored?+
Yes. Every programme is bespoke by design. Before delivery, we explore the needs of the participants, current barriers and performance challenges, organisational or institutional priorities, the outcomes you want to achieve and the most suitable delivery format. This ensures the programme is relevant, practical and focused on the results that matter to you.
Who do you work with?+
We work with organisations and individuals across workforce and professional environments; universities, colleges and schools; employability and community services; sports clubs, academies and governing bodies; and healthcare, public-sector and third-sector organisations.
Our programmes can support leaders, employees, students, graduates, jobseekers, athletes and coaches.
What outcomes can the programmes deliver?+
Outcomes vary depending on the programme, but may include:
- Stronger confidence and communication;
- Improved leadership capability;
- Greater resilience and emotional self-regulation;
- Better teamwork and collaboration;
- Increased initiative and accountability;
- Improved performance under pressure;
- Stronger employability and workplace readiness;
- Improved wellbeing, engagement and retention.
We agree the intended outcomes before delivery so the programme remains focused and measurable.
How do you measure impact?+
Programmes can include:
- Pre- and post-programme evaluations;
- Participant confidence and capability measures;
- Feedback surveys;
- Individual action plans;
- Stakeholder feedback;
- Follow-up reviews;
- Impact reports.
We can work with your existing evaluation framework or create a tailored approach based on your objectives.
Is the training practical or theory-based?+
Our delivery is highly practical. Participants may take part in realistic scenarios, role play, group challenges, presentation practice, difficult-conversation exercises, coached feedback, reflective activities and workplace or career action planning. The aim is to turn knowledge into behaviour that can be used in real situations.
Can programmes include psychometric tools?+
Yes. Selected programmes can include psychometric tools such as MBTI Tools and DiSC. These can help participants understand communication preferences, strengths and potential blind spots, how they respond under pressure, how different personalities work together and how to adapt their approach.
Psychometric tools are used to support reflection and development, not to label or limit people.
Can you support organisations with AI-related workforce change?+
Yes. Our programmes can support leaders and teams to navigate AI adoption with a human-first approach. We help participants understand how AI can complement their work, manage anxiety and resistance to change, retain professional judgement and accountability, communicate concerns safely, strengthen the human capabilities technology cannot replace and use time saved for higher-value work.
Our philosophy is simple: Human first. AI enabled.
Do you provide mental-health treatment?+
No. Expert Ease Training is not a clinical mental-health service. Our programmes can support preventative development through confidence, resilience, emotional self-awareness, self-regulation, psychologically safe communication and performance under pressure.
Where clinical support is required, participants should be directed to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Practicalities.
Do you offer online and in-person delivery?+
Yes. Programmes can be delivered in person, online or through blended learning, as full-day workshops, half-day sessions, masterclasses, structured programme pathways or one-to-one and small-group coaching. The format is agreed around your participants, objectives and practical requirements.
How long are the programmes?+
Programme length depends on the outcomes required. Delivery can range from a single focused workshop to a multi-session pathway delivered over several weeks or months. Where lasting behavioural change is the priority, we may recommend a structured pathway rather than a one-off session.
Can you work with large groups?+
Yes. We can design delivery for small teams, large cohorts or multiple groups across an organisation. For more interactive development, we may recommend smaller group sizes or a modular approach to ensure participants have enough opportunity to practise and receive feedback.
Can we begin with a pilot programme?+
Yes. A pilot can be a practical way to test the programme with a selected group, gather feedback and assess impact before considering wider delivery. Pilot programmes can include agreed success measures and a follow-up impact review.
How quickly can delivery begin?+
Timescales depend on availability, programme complexity and the level of tailoring required.
We recommend making contact as early as possible, particularly where delivery is linked to a new academic term, leadership development, organisational change, AI implementation, onboarding or probation, employability targets or a sporting season. Early planning gives us more time to design the programme around your priorities.
Next steps.
How much do the programmes cost?+
Pricing depends on:
- Programme length;
- Number of participants;
- Level of tailoring;
- Delivery format;
- Location;
- Resources and evaluation required.
Following an initial discussion, we provide a clear proposal outlining the recommended programme, intended outcomes and cost.
Why should we act now?+
Performance barriers rarely resolve themselves. Poor communication, low confidence, weak leadership, delayed feedback and resistance to change can become more expensive over time through lost productivity, disengagement, turnover, missed opportunities and reduced performance. Early development allows organisations to address these issues before they become embedded.
How do we get started?+
The first step is a short discovery conversation. We will explore your audience, current challenges, desired outcomes and preferred delivery format before recommending the most suitable programme. Speak to a specialist to discuss the performance gap you want to close.
