Built from experience. Created for lasting change.
Expert Ease Training was founded by Assad Rajah and Sarah Javid after they recognised a shared challenge: people are often expected to communicate, lead, adapt and perform under pressure without the practical tools, confidence or wellbeing support to do so.

Two perspectives. One shared purpose.
Across healthcare, corporate environments, education, operations, compliance and people development, Assad and Sarah saw how gaps in confidence, communication, leadership and wellbeing could affect both people and organisations.
These gaps can appear as avoidance, unclear expectations, difficult conversations, reduced confidence, poor collaboration, burnout or valuable people leaving before their potential is realised.
The Expert Ease Pathway™ was created to help organisations and individuals act earlier, turning people-development needs into practical, engaging and outcomes-focused learning.

What Assad brings.
With over 20 years of corporate experience, Assad brings first-hand insight into workplace pressure, leadership expectations, team dynamics and the cost of poor wellbeing and development support.
He saw talented employees move into leadership roles without the right guidance, young professionals enter work without the confidence or resilience to thrive, and experienced employees struggle to adapt as AI and new technologies changed the workplace.
Having experienced burnout and caring responsibilities himself, Assad understands why wellbeing, clear communication and psychological safety matter.
His own NLP journey helped shape The Expert Ease Pathway™, using practical tools for mindset, communication, emotional regulation and confidence to help people respond differently under pressure.

What Sarah brings.
Sarah brings experience across NHS training, education, operations, compliance and people development. As an NHS trainer, her work has involved helping people develop practical skills, confidence and safe, effective behaviours in high-pressure environments.
Through her experience, Sarah saw how the absence of intentional wellbeing systems could contribute to low retention, sickness absence and preventable workplace challenges, particularly in frontline services where pressure, communication and resilience directly affect people, teams and service delivery.
Sarah’s background shaped her belief that wellbeing should not sit separately from development.
Her NLP development journey strengthened her belief that practical behavioural tools can help people build confidence, manage pressure, communicate effectively and create lasting change.
