Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site, including text, design, graphics, photographs, logos and programme structures, is owned by or licensed to Expert Ease Training Limited. The Expert Ease Pathway™ name and our branding may not be used without our written permission. Third-party marks shown on this site, including those of accrediting and membership bodies and the organisations our practitioners have delivered for, remain the property of their respective owners.
Information on this site is not an offer
The content of this site is for general information. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms part of a contract. Programme content, formats, inclusions and prices described here are indicative and may change. The services we will provide, and the price for them, are set out in the written proposal or agreement we issue to you.
Our services
Development services are supplied under a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, intended outcomes, delivery format, timescales, fees, payment terms and cancellation or rescheduling arrangements. Where there is any conflict between these website terms and that agreement, the agreement takes precedence.
Outcomes
We agree intended outcomes with clients before delivery and evaluate against them. However, learning outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including participant engagement, organisational context and the actions taken after a programme. We do not guarantee any particular commercial, performance, retention or individual result.
Not a clinical or medical service
Expert Ease Training is not a clinical mental-health service. Our development work, including NLP-informed approaches and psychometric tools, is not therapy and does not diagnose, treat or replace medical, psychological or therapeutic support. Where a participant requires clinical or therapeutic support, they should be directed to a suitably qualified healthcare professional. Nothing on this site should be relied on as medical, legal, financial or professional advice.
Third-party links
Where we link to other websites, we do so for information only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on any content on it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our website or our services, email info@experteasetraining.co.uk or write to our registered office. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and work with you to resolve it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
