Insight with interpretation

Never a report left on a shelf.

MBTI tools are used within a wider development event or pathway, supported by qualified interpretation, discussion and action planning.

What MBTI is not

MBTI tools are not a Training Needs Analysis, a measure of ability, a mental-health assessment or a prediction of job performance. We do not use type to place people into boxes or to decide what they can achieve.

Participant experience

What participants receive.

An official assessment and report where licensed Qualified practitioner feedback Facilitated individual or group interpretation Practical team or leadership application Personal action planning
Licensed products

We distinguish clearly between official licensed MBTI products and informal type-style activities. Your proposal will state which is included.
